This symbol combines two separate adinkra symbols, the “Morning Star” which can mean a new start to the day,
placed inside the wheel, representing rotation or independent movement.

“fern”
symbol of endurance and resourcefulness
The fern is a hardy plant that can grow in difficult places.
“An individual who wears this symbol suggests that he has endured many adversities and outlasted much difficulty.”

beautiful initiative; learning from the past; connection with our ancestors. I grew up as a man in Africa and have spent much of the last 20 years on African soil, as a toubab (white person). But the sun is shining on Africa
I am isolated due to Church traditions to omit the contributions of Africans even in churches where the Minister is black .Mental slavery is ever present .i need support to put together a local TV programme to highlight the contributions our fore parents made.Can you help?
