The fashion shoot has caused so much backlash of jokes on Kobe that the stylist on the shoot had to come out with a statement defending his work. LA Lakers teammate Derek Fisher’s reaction & commentary is by far my favorite & most hilarious!

In a failed effort toward some sort of artistic fashion forward chic look, Kobe ends up looking like a weird black-faced, ambiguously gay or extremely metrosexual sambo in haute couture! Someone went a little nuts on the photoshop & forgot that Kobe Bryant is & should be known for the great legacy (4 championship rings & counting) he is building in his game on the basketball court, as one of the top paid NBA players who can not & should not ever try to come for or be turned into Djimon Hounsou!
